Preferred HVAC Member Agreement

With this agreement, you are now considered a Preferred Customer, which entitles you to absolute priority service, extended warranties, 24-hour response time, and most importantly, Peace of Mind. Every Agreement includes up to two planned visits within a calendar year. We will come once during the spring/summer and once during the fall/winter. Discounts and Warranties along with all service department parts, materials, and labor shall be discounted at the rate of the described amount on the agreement, off our normal price. All repair warranties made under this agreement shall be for one full year, provided that you have maintained continual agreement. Your 100% total satisfaction is guaranteed. Try this program for 90 days; if you are not pleased,  we will refund your entire investment for the year. Full payment is due upon acceptance of this agreement. The customer has to allow after-hours repair to receive 24-hour response time. If a service has to be performed after a planned service visit, the customer will receive a free trip charge and a discount off the repair invoice. Repair must be made to receive free trip charge. Invoice signature will start the contract between Ingram Mechanical and the homeowner.

With this agreement, you are now considered a Preferred Customer, which entitles you to absolute priority service, extended
warranties, 24-hour response time, and most importantly, Peace of Mind. Every Agreement includes up to two planned visits within a calendar year. We will come once during the spring/summer and once during the fall/winter. Discounts and Warranties,  along with all service department parts, materials, and labor shall be discounted at the rate of the described amount on the agreement, off our normal price. All repair warranties made under this agreement shall be one full year, provided that you have
maintained continual agreement. Only one minor repair per system per year. After the first repair, you will receive $50 off any minor repair needed during the contract year. Your 100% total satisfaction is guaranteed. Try this program for 90 days; if you are
